They can be made the night before for an easy and healthy, gluten free and dairy free breakfast.
Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats Recipe
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 chopped apple
- organic almonds for topping (optional)
Place all ingredients (except apple) into a mason jar. Shake to combine and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, chop up the apple and almonds and add it to the jar.
Serve cold or warm.
